Online ordering was easy and quick. I made a mistake on the card. I called the store and Herb fixed it for me. The family was not home on the day of delivery. Due to the high heat, they made arrangements to deliver the flowers the next day. The flowers and customer service were excellent.

I liked the overall look of the large plant but I was unpleasantly surprised that it was compiled of 10 small plants. I have to water 10 pots so I have to take it apart each time I water. The plants are good quality.

If you use a cooking baster it is real easy to water each plant with out taking them out of the basket. Then us the baster to remove excess water in the basket. Enjoy! ( :

Website price artificially lowered because additional fee added at checkout. All the roses literally lasted the 72 hours before wilting.

Sent email upon seeing this issue. Offered complete replacement. Customers were going out of town for the weekend and ask to come in the following week, and could they have a summery bokay instead? Of course, We aim to please!

The kind of customer service that makes you want to tell everyone about them. Delivering to a hospital is filled with several unique challenges, all i did was call with just a little info and Kiko's handled all the details proactively. Send a Christmas arrangement to my sister in Park Ridge every year. Kiko's always has a couple unique arrangements to choose from and they always look just like the picture online. Beautiful work!

I would like to say the customer service is top notch here. Very friendly staff and great communication skills.I ordered the Premium set. It was for my mother's birthday/retirement. One thing I would people to keep in mind is that the arrangement may not possibly look the same as portrayed on the website. It's just a floral shop thing. My mom just loved them. So much to the point where she said they were her favorite flowers ever in her life. And she's 68 years old- lots of flower history there.
